3rd August

Hey folks,

Feeling rather proud of myself tonight; have written my first ever diet and fitness programme for my ‘clients’. I have 3, potentially 4, people that I’m helping, for free, to lose weight and get fit. It’s really good practice for me, and hopefully will help them too 🙂

Today has been a great day to be honest! Started off the day with some fasted cardio, in the form of a run. I did 1.37 miles in 18 minutes, well chuffed with that! I walked/jogged it, but found my recovery was quite quick after the jogs, so that’s a good start. Hopefully as time goes on I’ll eventually be able to run the whole mile! Slow and steady wins the race though, but I’m going to push myself more each time, to reach my goal! Determined!

After my run, I had a quick shower and breakfast, then headed into town to do some modelling for my photographer friend. Which was really fun, and the weather was really nice too. Here’s a few of my favourite shots:

This afternoon I was meant to go to the gym, but ended up cancelling as my poor buddy is injured! So instead, I came home and did some studying, which went well 🙂 Am now onto Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology, and it’s tough! A lot tougher than level 2, obviously!

I’m still really enjoying my studies, and learning so much!! My brain feels a bit overloaded with information at the moment haha. But it’s all good. I’m looking forward to putting it all into practice.

My diet has been on point again today, which is awesome. Feels really good to be in control. I love it. Calorie counting is so easy, and has become second nature to me now. Everything that goes in my mouth gets tracked, no matter what! Am sitting at just over 1,800 for today, with over 300 calories burnt from exercise (my run and my fitbit has tracked over 14000 steps for today!!).

Anyway, that’s me done for the day, am shattered and need to chill for a while before bed! Didn’t really sleep much last night! Thanks for reading as always folks, take care, stay strong and until next time….
